Would like to change front sight when i pickup my new PCR. The rear i will try to live with . My old eyes can't see that PCR factory front sight to well ! What are the Differences Between the ML-17775 Meprolight VS ML-17777 Meprolight ?

Ah, a kindred spirit. I have the same issue with ageing eyes. I put a Meprolight M-17777 front sight on my pcr and left the factory rear sight installed. I can honestly tell you that the combo works! Very easy to pick up the front sight now. I am cross dominant eyed- right hand, left eyed and this set up has been good for me. It allows me to hit where I want with predictability. I'm a defensive shooter so everything in an 6-8 inch circle out to 15 yards is good to go. BTW this M-17777 [front and rear] set is what I put on my full sized 75b first. NO complaints with that set up either. Happy shooting. 8)

Quite old thread... but hopefully my 2 cents will help somebody to make a correct decision.
My eyes couldn't stand factory sights and I've replaced front with Meprolight ML17775FS, keeping factory rear sight.
Definitely better !!! Front can be picked up by eyes much faster during the day (the white dot is brighter than factory) and nice small green dot is visible during the night.
My rear sight has blackened dots, so front is even easier to focus on.
Great improvement for few bucks 8)

As has been noted in many threads the PCR dovetails are the same as ALL CZ metal framed guns and the rear sights from those guns will fit the PCR. The only difference being you will have an open flat area forward of the rear sight on the PCR due to it's forward slant design.

That front sight sure fades in low light doesn't it?

Yes. In daylight it's a nice white dot (not super bright, however better than factory dot). In low light condition there is green small dot (it's a tritium insert inside the white dot, so the green dot is twice smaller that white one).
The green light is not very bright, but clearly visible.
During daylight Meprolight is not the so bright as Ameriglo or TrueGlo TFX Pro.
