I thought some of you might be interested in my fairly recent experience with my P-09 9x19. I attended Chris Costa's HET1 course in Ohio this past October. It was a 3-day course during which we fired ~2000 rounds. Using my P-09 which I had "Cajunized" with Cajun Gun Works' Pro-Grade upgrade kit, I fired those 2000 rounds over the three days with very little cleaning and still, the pistol ran flawlessly. Beyond the reliability of the P-09, the photo below is an example of the kind of accuracy I was getting from it.
The target I'm pointing at shows the results of a 40 round accuracy drill we shot on the first morning. It consisted of 10 rounds each at 3, 7, 10, and 15 yards. All 40 of my rounds are in the 3 1/2" diameter 10 ring on the VTAC target. I love these pistols and CGW!

Man that's great. I traded for a used p09 cajunized threaded barrel recently. You are right, it shoots like a rifle.

Awesome!! That class sounds like a lot of fun.
A Cajunized P-09 is next on my list. I love my P-07s but would like another irons-only pistol to train with.
I?m secretly hoping to get one in FDE with a white nitride slide ;-)
Good shooting BTW!

Thanks, fellas!
Regarding the P-07, I picked up one of those P-07 Duty pistols that were originally destined for Mexico. I installed the same CGW Pro-Grade kit in it and it's a great little shooter. I prefer to carry a full-size pistol whenever possible so my usual EDC pistol is the P-09, but when I just can't get away with carrying it, I carry the P-07.

I have one set up the same, as a low profile carry option. My normal carry, though, is a P-07 with RMR, Primary Machine Stealth comp, X300U and extended mag... so it is full size too :)

Thank you, cremaley! For a 65 year old geezer, it's comforting to know I can still do some things well. Shooting is one of them! :)

Thanks!
He absolutely is, Raining Brass. I have taken two classes with Chris now. I took his CET1 carbine class in October 2016 (see photo below) and the aforementioned HET1 handgun course this past October. They were both excellent and I intend to take the HET1 class again with my Cajunized SP-01 Phantom in the future as long as I'm healthy enough to. Chris is a fine person, very down-to-earth, with a great sense of humor and, believe me when I tell you, a true gun samurai. His skill levels are truly amazing. I encourage you to make the effort to go. You won't regret it.
