Title: Numbers don't match

I recently swapped for a 2075 RAMI P.  When I got home and started cleaning it, I realized the SN on the barrel was different than the one on the slide and lower.  What would I look for to determine if it is an "upgraded" barrel or just a replacement?  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Good question.....I believe only the barrels shipped from the factory in a new gun have a serial number to match the gun they were made with. I've gotten aftermarket replacement barrels, they have never had a serial number on them.  Could be that "someone" mixed and matched Rami parts at some time....  :o

CZ factory barrel generally will have a serial number. Sounds like barrel was replaced. What side of the barrel is the serial number?

It is on the portion of the barrel that shows through the ejection port.
