Still at perhaps the lowest prices in a decade, some great deals on line IMO for those non-handloaders out there. Even after adding shipping costs of $16 bucks for a case, 124gr NATO 9mm can be had at $9.50 per box of 50.
SGammo.com. S&B 124gr brass case made in Czech Republic.
My first order from them in some time, since discovering similar good deals on other 124 gr fodder from outdoorlimited.com who usually has my favorites: WIn NATO, MEM NATO, Blaser Brass Case 124gr, Aguila 124gr and finally, Speer Lawman 147gr for SD gun practice since I've standardised on 147gr HST for SD. All brass case stuff. What a world of difference from the dark days of the last 9mm and components drought.

Apparently not. :(
SGAmmo has Barnaul 115gr at $157.80 for 1000 rounds, or 16 cents per.
If there was a better deal there I didn't see it.

www.ammunitionstore.com/
has some great deals going and they are 15 mins. away from me so I can pick up and save shipping charges. 9 mm ammo is coming down in price so well that it's hard to justify reloading it right now. I've picked up a few cases of new manufacture and if nothing else I'll have some good once fired brass for if/when prices get crazy again.

Probably stupid question?- Is S&B brass reloadable? I don?t reload yet, but do keep all my brass for the future.

So, I jumped and went to buy 2 cases of this.
Ughh, just so everyone knows - they are charging $70.44 for shipping!! Or $39.72 for 1 case.
I have been ordering cases of that same stuff from SGA for $144+$16 shipping, or $26 for shipping 2 cases. I have found SGA to be pretty unbeatable for ammo prices shipped.

The only complaint you'll hear about S&B brass is that the primer pockets seem to be tighter than US made brass. So your primer installing elbow might get a slight workout if you do a batch of S&B. The big complaint is probably when several random S&B cases show up in every batch of 50 mixed brass so that you have to re-calibrate on the fly.
Not a big deal really.
