I would contact CZ-USA. If they are dot sights you could also just put some white modle paint or nail polish in there.

Just get yourself an RMR...... kidding (well I'm not) but contact cz I'm sure they will send a replacement set asap... this is actually a pretty common issue from what I have gathered

Lost one of my dots in the P09 last year.
Bought a bottle of this and used it. Still there, still working.
Cleaned out the hole with a q-tip and alcohol and let it dry. Then used a toothpick to dab a drop of paint in the hole. Set it muzzle down so the paint could dry without running out of the hole.

Great stuff

I blacked out my rear dots. I'd call that the start of something good. Poke the other one out :)

OP, I have one you can have for free if you don't want to deal with CZ CS. (They're great, but can be pretty slow with shipping.) $3 to cover shipping and it's yours.

I used the same stuff. Just stir it up good before you use it. I've had the same bottle for several years now. I wipe the toothpick on the flap of my cargo pocket on my camo pants when I'm done. That dried paint on the pants has survived dozens of washings and still glow strong for hours.
I really like the stuff.
