The original receipt might read as from 1988 but that?s a 1985 manufacture with all of the features and SN from that year. The painted finish of the period is fragile though. Let?s see where the bidding frenzy winds up [emoji3]

Have bought a lot of things from CDNN over the years but back in the day I ordered a CZ-85 Combat for a customer and the papers and manual were missing and the gun had been fired...a lot.  There was carbon all over the inside and on the magazine and follower.  I called to return it and they refused to believe it had been fired and wouldn't take it back.  My guess is one of their employees had taken it out and shot a couple hundred rounds through it and then put it back in inventory.  Of course my customer would not accept it and I wound up selling it at a slight loss as I recall.  Just left a bad taste in my mouth.
