Saw cz 452 for sale and wondered if you could identify model by the serial number

Call CZ, give them the serial, and they will tell you most everything you could want to know about a particular rifle. I have called them 4 times so far with serials and it has been very quick and easy to get all I info I was after. On my last call, they even told me the month it arrived in the US.
