While I haven't fired every CZ pistol in history, I have fired a number of them. Certainly, most the derivations of the popular 75 series, also the P-10C, P-09 and CZ-27. My point? Well, my current favorite is my P-09. I don't know what it is really, the ergonomics are off the chart good, it's far more accurate than I am, I love the trigger, it's hammer fired and 19 + 1 is epic. ;D What is your current favorite CZ pistol?
GS
-
My Pre-b's are my favorites, but my P10 has become a close second.
-
I?ve had P09/P07/P01/ Cajun 75b/ 97b. My bone stock P10c is by far my favorite.

P-09 with the suppressor ready barrel, extended night sights, 21+1 capacity is my favorite
-
I have a P-01 Omega that has been to CGW for their full treatment. The description on their website says that the work makes this handgun "World Class". I don't think that this is an exaggeration. However, I have a 75B that is like an old friend. Fits my hands perfectly.
-
I own 2 CZs, so far. An SP-01 and a recently acquired TSO. Both in 9mm. They're both range toys for me and the TSO is better in every way, at least for me. Hence it's my favorite.

My cajunized BD RAMI is my current my EDC. It is almost always on my person. As such, it is my favorite.
-
Fell in love with CZs about 2 years ago. Had CGW 97 , sp01 tactical, CZ custom sp01 shadow ,and compact. CJ Mavin custom p01 omega. truly like all of them. sold a bunch .to fund another shadow and gear for my son. down to two shadows and p01. the shadow is absolutely my favorite . Omega is a great I had it built as a carry , its just so much bigger than my shield I just do not use it. so I am going to sell it. would like to try a CGW P09 next.
-
My CZ97 has become my favorite range toy and for carry I keep going back and forth between a CGW Rami bd and P07.
-
PCR on my hip and it gets 1/3 of my range time. Most of it is FMJ and a mag or 2 of defensive rounds. After that my sp-01 gets a 150 rds or so. It?s my bedside stopper.

I have a CGW PCR, with all the goodies. It's so perfect even my wife won't let me consider selling it ;)
-
P-09/P-07, shot my P-09 this morning and it was really on today!
-
SP-01, have had other 75 variants and a P07 but this one is my favorite. I like it so much I picked up a second one.
-
I have a CGW PCR, with all the goodies. It's so perfect even my wife won't let me consider selling it ;)
My PCR is and always has been not only my favorite CZ but my all time favorite handgun period and I have owned many handguns over the years. The PCR just checks all the boxes in what I want in a pistol.
-
My absolute favorite to shoot is my CZ-97BE, what an incredibly amazing gun!
-
Of the two (and a half) CZs I have, I'd have to say it's my Semi Compact DuoTone (big shocker, right ?!?)
-
SP01 Phantom......sounds like plain vanilla, but it?s got upgrades in just the right places and amounts to make it a standout ;)
-
Sounds like CZ has something for all of us! I must confess, I rather fancy a Shadow II. 8)

Shot friends shadow 2. Sweet gun. At first I thout it was to front heavy but while I was shooting greate balance!!!
-
My favorite is a 75B 40S&W with a CZC competition hammer and a short reset. Eric at CZC really knocked that one out of the park. 12,000 rounds through it and smooth as silk.
Next would be the PCR, then a toss up between a P-10C or a 97B.
-
Tough call, but for me, my recently cajunized PCR. Narrowly edged out my cajunized P01 Omega, standard P09 & then my SP01T.
-
I have had and do have several CZ pistols, and have carried many of them, including P-01, PCR, P-09, and my beloved Phantom. The one I find myself carrying all the time now is, oddly enough for a guy who grew up hammer fired metal frame...is the P-10C White Nitride. It just feels right, and works right.

Shadow 2 and my all-steel (no rail) 75 Compact. Both pistols are crazy-accurate and just fun to shoot!

Pre-B 75

Bought a P07 DUTY in .40 S&W about 6 or 7 years ago.
Bought 10 or 11 CZ's since then. Still EDC the P07 (now has and RMR and BUIS).
I've shot better groups with a couple other CZ's. I like the way the P01's feel in my hand better. But I keep carrying that P07 DUTY.
-
Tough question...as much as I enjoy shooting my 75 BD, my new P10 C is really growing on me and I'm getting the hang of shooting a striker fired weapon.
-
Well I guess they?re sorta like children, you love them each in their own way...So l?m gonna list 3.
Only judging from those I personally own.
Best looking, modern: CZ 75B Cold War Commerative 2nd gen.
Most useful: RAMI
Most emotional investment: CZ 75 pre B, Police trade-in (stripped, polished, reprofiled trigger guard, welded void uncovered by reprofiling trigger guard, hot blued, reassembled) nothing as good looking as a well polished, hot blued 75 IMO.
-
P 10 C
-
CZC Phantom and CGW 75 BD. both are accurate and soft shooting
-
SP-01 It is by far my favorite CZ.....favorite handgun.

My favorite/most accurate CZ is the Aussie Shadow Orange, followed by the Shadow 2.

I guess this is my favorite since it's the most fun and gets the most use, CZ 85B with Kadet Kit. Can't tell you how enjoyable range hours are with this setup. :)
-
SP-01
-
I would rather die than give up my SP-01, but I?ll take my PCR over anything. I love it?s feel, it?s shot, and I carry it daily

I have a CZ Custom Shop Compact, SDP, P-01 Omega, P-06, SP-01 CGW Def Carry &10X Bushing, 97B, Shadow 2, RAMI, & Tactical Sport .40SW. TacSport is my favorite full size & SDP fav compact.

I hate striker guns, but the P10c hits anything you point the muzzle at. It's uncanny and it makes me smile to shoot it.
-
Out of the box: Shadow 2
Overall: SP-01
I'm picking two. If we're going purely off of stock configuration then I'd say a Shadow 2. If we're considering modifications then I'd go with the SP-01.
-
SP01 Phantom......after trying and/or owning every other CZ model, this one is IT ;D
-
Overall favorite: CZ 75-B High Polished Stainless
Favorite EDC: CZ P-01 Omega
...but I love my other 2 CZs as well... ;)

P-01 is my favorite.

P-01 Omega with the 18 round Cajun mags. ;D

Ohhh that's a hard one, but id have to say my SP-01. My 75B is definitely the workhorse, but the SP-01 just has something about it that I love!
-
My CGW CZ75B is edging out the Dan Wesson Vigil at this moment, partly because my wife hogs all the range time with the Vigil.

Shadow 2 in Urban Grey is my absolute favorite! The trigger is amazing and so is my ability to be on target with follow-up shots.
-
Most accurate: Shadow 2 (its like cheating)
Best looking: the 97 or Shadow 2
Best trigger: Shadow 2
Best feel in the hand: CZ 97
Most fun to shoot: the 97 or Scorpion
Best for carrying, and the one that never leaves my side: the P07
The one I couldn?t go without: the P07
The one I like more than I thought I would: the P07 and SP01
I guess all things considered, the P07 is the surprise winner for me. I take it everywhere now that I have it, and couldn?t imagine not having it. Though I absolutely love them all. All are tops for me for my favorite overall firearms that I?ve ever had the pleasure of owning. Now, to figure out which CZ is the next add... LGS just received a TSO in inventory, but they also have a P10-C that I?ve been eyeing that?s significantly less expensive, and much different from my others thus far. Decisions, decisions

I have a 75B, a 75D, a P-09, two P-07's and I just sold my SP-01 Tactical.
I shoot and like my P-09 the best. My P-07's are a close second, and the best for concealed carry.
I just can't gush enough about the P-09. I've done the requisite polishing of the internals, installed the extended firing pin with reduced power hammer spring, lighter firing pin block plunger spring and lighter sear spring. I've also polished the sides of the firing pin block plunger and added a feature to the back of the trigger to minimize over travel.
It shoots like a dream and I shoot it a couple of times a week. I have steel targets set up in my back yard and pop off a couple of shots at least twice per week, with a little more on the weekends.
The P-09 is the gun I grab the most and it is the one I keep handy in the bedroom.
-
Does the Dan Wesson Valor count?
I pick up my P10C tomorrow...we'll see if I like it.
-
Pro package p-01
-
700 rounds on my CZ P10C so far. I like it for the most part.
-
P-01 w/pro package

SP-01 Tactical
Accurate, reliable, minimal recoil, and the stock trigger is actually very smooth in DA, and light in SA.
-
Right now my my Shadow Compact.
-
hard not to like the p-07. i love mine. also have an arex rex zero1 9mm and a xd-e 9mm
-
I have 9. The 97 and 09 are the most fun at the range but pcr or 07 for carry.

This one. The pic reminded me I still need to install black grip screws and take a bluing pen to the sights to remove some aluminum galling.

My CZ P-10C has become my favorite. My DA/SA's have lost their luster.
-
My current one is a P-09, I've had so many over the last 60 years and I really liked my S&W 19, my light weight Colt Commander, and my S&W 39. That was 40 years ago. My P-09 replaced a SP-01, and a P-07 will probably replace my Glock 19. Although I carried a 45 as an MP and carried a Glock 17 as an armed escort correctional officer I bought weapons for pleasure not as tools. They are "toys" that I enjoy playing with and enjoy the challenge of shooting well.
-
Current favorite is the shadow target 2. I want to put hands on a bull shadow sooooo bad.

Yes, but there?s a lot more done to it then just that. I finally got around to removing the aluminum galling and replacing the grip screws. Bluing pens have been discontinued but I had good luck w/ an aluminum black pen.

I've never seen that slide/frame combination, was it a simple swap?
-
I did not perform the work. But it wasn?t a straight swap and required a good bit of work. There was a build thread on it but I don?t know what site it was on. It happened to pop up for sale on Castboolits so I bought it. I know who owns the other half, compact slide/RAMI frame, and he loves it. But he can?t get it back from his mother. She likes it so much it became her EDC [emoji2]

For me it's the 75B in .40. I love .40 cal.; I think it's the perfect round. I'm in search of a 2075 RAMI on .40 but they're tough to find.

These two are my favorites.

Only have two but I loved my Shadow 2 the first time I fired it. But my aging eyes plus opposite eye dominance led me to using red dots for competition. So my Shadow took a trip to CGW for some TLC with a Delta Point Pro, new grips and the Cajun trigger package. Now my main pistol at the range and in competition (only at my local range).

Hard to find the .40 cal RAMI, since it has been out of production for 2 years. GunBroker will be the best option - probably new, old stock out there somewhere.

The HBI 2nd Gen trigger is very nice so that adds to the allure.

My favorite CZ with out a doubt, is the SP-01 Tactical. Just happens to be my first and only CZ, but still my favorite!!! ;D
-
Only got 2 ATM but it certainly is my P01 with the 75B a close second ::)

For its versatility and smooth shooting......SP01 Phantom. It bridges the best of CZ's steel/alloy and polymer guns perfectly.....does everything very well! 8)

Nice. There will be a Phantom in my future, for sure. I debated hard on getting one for my most recent CZ purchase, but the SP-01 Tac was too sexy to resist.
My fave for now is hard to say - I really like my P-07 and the SP-01 Tac equally, for different reasons.
-
I own three CZ pistols, an SP-01, P10c and P-07 the P-10c is my favorite!

My current favorite is a transitional Israeli police surplus: looks like a B, but no FPS. Great trigger and reset. Box stock except for Truglo TFX sights. Been using it for IDPA ESP for a few years. Best $225 I ever spent!
Second up is my Cajunized 75B Compact that has been my EDC for many years.
Just got a P10C last week and I never expected to take to striker fired tupperware like that! Put a couple hundred rounds of Dot Torture and presentation drills though it, went home and immediately ordered an "F". Going to run them in IDPA for a bit and fully expect to go from the current setup to running the 10C as an EDC and the F for IDPA SSP.
-
Love them all, but probably my Shadow 2.

As the OP, I reserve the right to change my mind. My original favorite (1st post) was a CZ P-09, an excellent pistol, without question. However, it has now taken a back seat to my SP-01 Tactical, and truth be told, to my CZ-97BD as well. So, P-09 is number 3 now. No shame in that, given that it's brethren are holding the first two positions. I confess, I do love steel.
GS
-
Many might say my opinion doesn?t count, and probably for good reason..... I?ve only ever held three CZs. A Rami with a safety and two different P-01s, OD Green w/ NSN# and a Black one without. I own the Black P-01. I LOVE MY P-01! It is my favorite. I?m waiting for a CZ 97 Compact to come out, preferably with a full dust cover and without a rail, and in Stainless Steel in which I?m sure will be my new favorite but we shall see if that happens.
-
Cajunized P-01 Omega

Had all three at one point. Still have my parkerized 75
-
Up until today, my 75B in 40 S&W was the favorite, but I picked up a Shadow II Urban Grey today, and it's a tossup now.
-
Since my first reply, I?ve acquired a TSO in .40, among others.
The TSO in .40 is the CZ I dreamed of, just never knew how thoroughly I?d actually enjoy it. It?s wonderful. Until then, I loved all of mine pretty equally. Still do, just love them all equally less than the Tactical Sport Orange.

The softest shooting large cal. and most fun to shoot has to be my 97BD. Of my 9mm's it's my CGW P07.

While the Shadow 2 is objectively the best pistol I own;
my favorites in order are 75SAO, P10c, Shadow 2, SP01 phantom, P09, P01
-
I keep coming back to my original P-09 with CGW parts. And I am a bullseye shooter. Very close second is 97B"E" from CGW. Third is a P-07 with a CGW hammer. Not counting the Kadet, of course. The P-07 is a superb all around shooter.
My favorite jumps from month to month, I'm afraid. They are all good. I'm hoping a P-10F will be my favorite by summertime.
