Can someone measure exact diameter of hole for barrel at slide CZ P07? I will be very grateful! Thanks!

I take it you mean the 9mm

Question: What if the diameter is .610 ... What problems can be while shooting except accuracy?

No problem at all. There will be variations in the tolerance here. The question is how does the gun shoot? High? Low? Right on? You will notice the number 3 on your front sight. Different number sights are available to adjust for elevation?
Once again are you having an accuracy issue?

If your red sighting line is trying to explain something, it isn't drawn correctly.
Sight alignment should be top of front sight and top of rear sight.

Also, sights take into account the recoil of the gun while the bullet is still traveling in the bbl.
The proof is in the shooting. Have you shot this yet?
