Does the CZC adapter and Zhukov stock combo add any length to the carbine compared to the factory stock?

Yes.

If you want it to remain roughly the same look at HBi.

It does add to the LOP and makes the SBR a little too long for some smaller people to shoot. I've taken it to Women On Target events and use it in my classes
