Title: Chrome Plated CZ-52 at Classic Arms
Post by: Brots50 on December 28, 2006, 08:18:47 AM
Has anyone purchased a hard chrome plated CZ-52 recently from Classic Arms? I have looked through the past messages and have seen varying opinions on them. I want to know if it is worth spending the $199 on one.

I guess only you can determine if they're worth that much to you.  I bought one a couple of years back when the going price was something like $169.  I had a problem with it--the heel mag release would not release the mag--and Classic was fabulous about fixing the problem.

If you like the Model 52, and who doesn't?? Then I'd seriously consider one of these beauties.  You can be sure that you won't be seeing one like it in every shooting bay!

I just received one yesterday, a great upgrade for the money.

I got one last week and just made it to the range for the first time with it. Shoots like a 52 and looks good doing it.

What are shipping charges. UPS was suppose to be going up as of January 1st.

CZ-52 is like a Tamiya model kit. They are OK out of the box but putting twice the amount of money in to the gun then what you paid for the gun it's self will pay off considerably.

Don't remember the actual shipping charges but it was about $20-25 I think
