I was reassembling my CZ 455 and over torqued the magazine well that attaches to the receiver. It cracked and needed replacing, I called the parts department to order a replacement and they hooked me up with it under warranty and sent one out free. I was surprised because it was self inflictied, great customer service experience!

Some manufacturers are excellent with customer service. FNHERSTAL, not so much. ;D I've had several problems in regards to my Canik's and their customer service were top notch as well. I received parts within 4-5 days of request. Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, & Glocks I've heard great things about as well regarding CS, but I never had to contact them because their guns last a lifetime. ::)

Awesome! They take great care of us compared to other brands for sure. Tanfoglio/EAA was a pain just to info on date of manufacture let alone ordering the right parts.
