Upgrades are Troy micro folding battle sights, Magpul AFG 2, modded to fit flush against magwell, HBI theta trigger, HBI trigger spring kit, HBI theta extended charging handle, HBI Prostock mag release, and HBI right side safety delete. OEM charging handle, OEM pistol butt plate, OEM flash suppressor, OEM trigger and springs, OEM right side safety, OEM Grip. Comes with Leupold DPP 7.5 MOA delta.

Is this the same for both IDPA and USPSA?

Correct.   For the safety variants ( non decockers) the shooter must manually lower the hammer all the way to be in compliance with the rules from both games for production div( USPSA) or SSP (IDPA).

Either one of the P09s or my 2nd P01 Omega had such tight safeties I had to use both thumbs (one on top of the other) to push it down from safe to fire and then use both to push it up to safe.  I sat here on the couch working the safety till my right thumb was sore and the switched to the other hand and worked it that way.  Took a good while to work it "loose" and zero issues with it after that.

Only one that every had tight controls.

My P07 .40 (an old DUTY model I've owned for 10 or 12 years) still requires the corner of a magazine to push the slide release lever loose in the frame and I still have to try to get a good grip on it with my thumb/trigger finger and work it back and forth to get it far enough out to finish pulling it out.  It's also one of the best shooting CZ's I own.  Yet, it never fails to function correctly.

Guns a funny sometimes.  Not haha funny.

Has anyone tried an MPX Grab and Go from. Olangopo outfitters to see if the scorpion mags fit in it? I tried emailing the company,  they wouldn't respond.

Yep!  That's me.  Same issue with a Cajun installed Pro Package on my P-01.  You can find my thread to see more details, but I sent it back to them and though they rechecked their installation and things were all to spec, but they decided to send it back to me with the 15# spring and I haven't had any issues since.
