97B vs 97BD trigger

I have been considering a 97B with the Cajun E package and possibly a SAO trigger.  This would be just for target shooting.  I came across a lightly used BD with the E package, Dawson sights and other goodies for a decent price.  Are the B and BD triggers equivalent?  Can you put a SAO trigger in a BD?

Yes triggers are comparable. Except you can?t convert the bd to single action only.
