Will the standard 14 pound recoil spring handle occasional loads of +P and NATO grade ammo in a regular 75B? Thanks!

Suppose you were to shoot only NATO loads. Would you have to upgrade to a heavier or lighter spring? Or is shooting only NATO rounds in a 75 not advised for the 75?

If I was shooting +P/NATO loads exclusively, I'd stick with the stock spring.
And yeah, the 75 is designed to handle them.
