CZ 512 problem/question

I ordered a CZ 512 Tactical since no local gun shop had one.  When it arrived the end of the cardboard box was torn off.  On opening the box and removing the rifle probably 200 Styrofoam pieces fell on the counter of the gun store.  There were obvious white marks where the Styrofoam had rubbed on the rifle.  There were also small pieces of Styrofoam wedged all over the weapon including inside the handguard.  The Styrofoam inside the box was cracked to the extent that there were several large pieces.  While I understand this is basically cosmetic it is far different than the box and packing my CZ455 arrived in.  But the tactical pistol grip was lose to the extent that it could be moved probably 3/4 of an inch backwards and forwards.  There was a small screw on the bottom of the pistol grip which was inset and the inset was completely full of Styrofoam.  The FFL guy watched me the whole time I examined the new rifle and agreed it should be returned.  I got a return label and sent it back; with the understanding that I would get a new 512 once the old one was returned.  Well the new one arrived today and it was in the same condition as the old one in terms of a Styrofoam circus on opening and the tactical pistol grip not being tight and moving.

Anyone with a 512 that can offer me insight on what the next step should be.  Since it is a weekend I will have to wait till Monday to contact CZ and the online shop I bought it from.  I have multiple CZ pistols and rifles and this is the only time I have not been overjoyed with one.  I wanna make this one work but an worried about problems with the pistol grip if I accept it.  I have pix and a vid of the pistol grip moving if needed.

I'd cancel the order, get my money back, and change Dealers or at least have this one change Distributors he orders from. Whoever is doing the packaging for shipping is not doing the job required of them. Whether it's an individual employee or the Distributor as a whole.

What happened?  Did you return the 2nd one and get a replacement?
