Hi,
I wanted to post about my recent experience with Dan Wesson Customer Service.

Back in September, I discovered from a conversation with other shooters at an IDPA match that CZ still offered replacement barrels for the DW 15-2V .357 magnum revolver.  I called CZ and they gave me the number for DW.  When I called DW a very nice lady gave the info about the options for 4" SS barrels.  I was told at the time that since each piece is made to order, the expected delivery time was 3 weeks.  I placed the order that day (Wednesday) and when I came home the following Wednesday, the new barrel was waiting for me!  One week turn-around!  Fantastic!  The 4" SS VH barrel assembly is one beautiful piece of machining.

When I discovered the barrel tool I had was actually for the .44 magnum, I again called DW and spoke to a gentleman in the shop.  It very short order I had the required tool and couldn't be more pleased.

I can't say enough for the incredibly positive experience I had with DW and I look forward to the "new" pistol packs.

Your report is quite typical of those dealing with the DW gang.

They are very proud of their product and they back it with a vengance.
