Tactical sport increases trigger reset
« on: February 21, 2019, 10:55:17 PM »
Hey guys,
Wanted to reach out if any one know of a way or upgrades for my TS.  I feel the trigger reset is pretty weak, want to see if there is a way I can get the trigger to reset a little harder if that makes sense.

Thank you

In a CZ Tac Sport the Trigger Return Spring also serves as the Trigger Bar Spring. I am not aware of any options for increasing the spring weight of the TRS/TBS.

Lets see if any other forum members have more info on the subject.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I've always noticed that the reset on a Tac Sport is less tactile than, say, on a Shadow.  You have only a single-sided trigger bar (as opposed to the CZ75/SP01 bowed/double) hence less reset-spring 'kickback' on it.  Switching from the stock plastic to an aluminum trigger helped a slight bit, but I just let my finger out and trusted that it would reset where it did and it never failed.  Didn't short-stroke unless I was trying to ride the reset, but I've recently stopped doing that as much with all my pistols.
