Shadow HTAC rear sight

Anyone use one of these? Good, bad? I?m not having any luck finding one to try out.

I have one I had installed on a CZ75 SP01 Shadow.  Work was done by CZ Custom a couple of years ago.  I like the sight very much and use the pistol in SSP Division in IDPA competition on occasion.  I wanted slightly more "daylight" on each side of the front sight, so CZ Custom widened the notch in the HTAC sight from .125" to .140".  Perfect for my eyes.  In addition to functionality, the sight is much more aesthetically appealing than the one that comes on the Shadow.

I have the same sight, but cut for a regular B or BD, not Shadow.  Like Raven45, I widened the notch to give more daylight around the front sight.  I used a round chainsaw file because it automatically centers the new notch. 

I like the way the sides point in at the top instead of being straight vertical.  It obscures less of the target and seems to draw the eye to the center and top of the sight.
