Holster for P-09 with MantisX

Short of getting into holster making myself, has anyone seen a holster maker that offers CZ holsters with a MantisX mounted to the frame rails?

I'm looking to use the MantisX to practice dry-fire drills. I'm aware Mantis offers magazine mounted options, but I would like to practice magazine changes. Practicing something like he FAST drill with the MantisX is another goal of mine.

Not a holster but ManitsX has mag bases with a rail that you can use for draw practice. They have one for the berretta (not sure if this will fit a P-09) and a universal stick-on that should work for CZ's.
