Do all CZ-75's have the  safety red dot when they leave the factory ?  Including the brushed or satin nickel ones?

Hiya thx for the thread. Polished or matte or regular they all appear to be red. But not sure if all color blind persons would perceive it as red. And on some of the pistols like the evo a white dot shows if one is in safe mode.Shall be interested to hear the etiology of whence your question came to fruition. Be well.

All polycoat finish have red dot painted on. I say painted on cauz it will come off with strong solvent used in breakfree gun scrubber (acetone or toulene)...

My etiology, looking to add a Brush Nickel CZ 75 and want one with a factory original finish. The tip if the slide spring many times plated over, looking for other clues. Didnt know normally available gun cleaners will dissolve the red dot and they may be used a lot on BN as it is supposed to be indestructable

Based on my experience, most "normal" cleaners are ok. CLPs, Mpro7, Hoppes will not dissolve the red dot paint.   Only brake cleaner type products (with acetone and toulene will dissolve the factory paint).
