Cajun E bushing conversion for steel plate limited?

Hi
   Reading over the steel plate rules it seems as though one could have the CGW bushing conversion done and still be eligible for limited in steel plate. Anyone ever done that? Any thoughts on whether I'm interpreting the rules correctly?
