Primer hole just seemed a little bit on the 'big' side. I have  quite a few Aguilar cases and they all seem this way.

Assuming the rest of the case is acceptable...yes

With pistol reloading, I think as long as you can decap the case (I found on some cases somehow the flash hole was punched off center and it becomes a pain to decap) then it is probably good to go for reloading.  Maybe not for bullseye?  Definitely for target plinking and most other action shooting competitions.

For rifle, you may want to be a little more discerning (depending on application) whether you keep that case or not.  In precision reloading you spend most of your time on case prep to make each case as close to the same as possible (Length/Volume, flash hole sized and chamfered, primer pocket depth, shoulder bump, etc...).  This is a hole different rabbit hole to get lost in...

It shot fine the first time, I'd reload that until it was lost, split or wouldn't hold a primer.

I was priming some .45 acp brass a couple days back.  Sorting between small and large primer brass just prior and noticing big differences in primer flash hole diameter from one brand to another.  I'm sure it's not a new difference so it's been working for years.

I scrap all Aguila cases - especially the ones that have that crimp/cannelure around the casewall.

When I seat 147 gr Blue Bullets, the case bulges too much and doesn't allow it to chamber in my guns.

I understand where you are visa vie your collection of brass. Now that I have a huge collection of brass, I toss anything that isn't perfect, but for now (and for you) it IS reloadable.
