Czechmate Parrot - Ended up getting one

So the original one that my LGS had sold in a day.  He got a second one shipped in and I made the mistake of holding it, and took it home.  I told him that I was going to wait for a regular Czechmate but I have the impulse control of a two year old. I decided that I wanted to shoot it with major ammo and not mess with anything at first.  I only ever shot a sig Romeo red dot before and the C More is NOTHING compared to that.  I had three brands of ammo.  The first was Black Dot major 124.  That would not chamber.  The bullet is not tapered as much and the slide would not close.  I also had Everglades 124 Major and Atlanta Arms 147 Major.  Both ran incredible.  I had to zero in the C-More, I did it for 10 yards.  The gun does not move when you fire.  Getting back on target is almost instant.  It just does not miss.  I am so glad I bought the second one he got. I ordered ammo from ORM Tech also, that has not arrived yet.  Any other suggestions for ammo?  I also ordered a 9# and a 10# spring from Wolff and I will try them at some point with regular ammo, but with the major ammo this thing is incredible.

     Hiya and thanks for the thread Yankees1964. Glad you got a shot at another one,and how do you compare it to your TS orange? Kinda nice the mags can interchange too huh? The extended mags get a bit pricey tho.
     Surprised to hear your comparison of red dots,the c-more is in the same price range I recall. What are the distinctions for you? And any chance the Romero can be mounted using the Parrots mount?
     I'd mentioned to ya having CZC put a FO on my compensator since I really don't care for red dots. Are you looking forward to running it without optics yet?
     And concur that it like the major ammo with the factory springs. But promise ya,it will cycle 100percent if you drop a 6lb main/hammer for federal 115gr. And yes its crazy to have it have the recoil of a 22lr if that. Hope to encourage ya to do a day at the range post for us some time,we'd enjoy seeing it, minus a few green monsters. I'm glad to finally find another enthusiast for the platform. Be well.
