Front Sight roll pin - UGH

I've drilled new front sights on every CZ I've ever owned. Drill from the left so the rotation of the bit doesn't walk the sight out,GO SLOW and it's an easy process. Never broken a bit and never had a problem.

Anyone know a size of roll pin stock to buy that goes in easier but still sticks?  Thanks.

Looks good, funny how the replacement tips seem to cost about the same as the whole punch.

Might have to try a set, just need to do some calculations on inch to metric since most CZ parts seem to be in metric  sizes when it's mentioned.

0.039" = 0.99mm

The replacement tips are in packs of 6
