Trigger reset Cz 75
« on: May 03, 2019, 12:10:55 AM »
I have the SA CGW trigger kit in. Every so often, maybe every 40-50 shots, the trigger does not reset so pulling the trigger results in nothing. Which spring needs to be increased to make the trigger rest more reliable, or is this a trigger overtravel adjustment?

The easiest thing to check is the trigger bar spring.  Remove the slide and the grips, and look underneath the trigger bar.  Is the trigger bar spring riding in the grooves?  Does the spring have the proper tension?  When it is pulled outside the groove, it should be 3-4mm above the groove.

You might also want to check the Pre travle set scerw adjustment accessible with the slide off through the top of the trigger.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)
