Viridian laser

 Is anyone here using a Viridian Reactor 5 gen 2 green laser ? I have a friend that has a older Viridian red laser that came with her Sig p238 she has me change the batteries in it about every 12 months and she says it works great. I like the idea of a green laser that turns on and off when you draw and holster your pistol.  About all I know about them is you need a magnet on your holster to make them work.

 I pulled the trigger on the Viridian R5 gen 2 laser and after firing 450 rounds it's still holding zero and working fine. It seems like most of it's bad reviews were from people who didn't like the free holster or the switch. I had a couple holsters that work fine after adding a magnet and the switch works as designed. The green laser seems to be much brighter than the red and easy to see in bright daylight. I've heard green lasers use more power and batteries don't last very long but I've had mine on for over 3 1/2 hours over the last couple days and it's still bright. A laser that turns it self on and off when you draw and holster might not be for everyone but I like it.
