TS 9mm conversion to non-military caliber

May be moving to a country where 9mm P is not permitted.  Can a TS in 9mm be fitted with a barrel in 9x21, 38 Super, 9x23 etc.?  Oddly 40 cal is not an option either, though I do not know of any military who ever adopted it.  Thanks as always.

.40 would need a larger breech cut for the larger rim, so best to stick with the same rim size.  But you may be able to get your chamber reamed for 9x21.
