Bren Ten

Curious if there?s ever been talk about CZ producing their 75 B in 10mm?  Seems like they would given the resurgence of 10mm and the fact that the Bren Ten was basically a CZ design.

Actually, it would be on the 97 Platform
There has been "some" movement but not sure just how far THAT has gone

Is the Tac. Sport frame not "deep" enough front to back for 10MM?   Wouldn't be as much recoil in 3 lb. plus pistol.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Maybe so
According to Angus, the TS is a "Large Frame"  (  https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=13822.msg41125#msg41125  )
They do use a different Mag then your basic 75 too
The TS would make a great Frame for a Longslide in 10mm

I'd love to see a 10mm CZ, but I'm old and probably won't live long enough to see that happen. If I get real serious about that caliber I won't hesitate to buy a Tanfoglio. The stock 3 I bought is running very nicely.

There is exactly one 10mm CZ I am aware of, a CZ97. It took some serious effort, from what I was told, and unlikely to be followed up on unless demand goes much higher. But, with a US factory now, who knows?

Yeah, there was talk of some experimentation by CZ into 10mm territory a few years back, including demo or two, as others have pointed out, but I'm not holding my breath on it.

Besides, if you want a Bren Ten, I recommend checking out the Tanfoglio Witness Elite series in 10mm. I'm currently saving up for one of these myself.

Of course, Grand Power just released a "long slide" version of their P40 in .40 cal and 10mm, and is selling for less than the more upscale versions of the Tanfoglio. I might consider one of those, if and only if I can find someone who can get some parts for it and do a bit of custom work...

But for now, the Tanfoglio model I'm saving up for is the Witness Elite Stock I. It pretty much nails that Dornhaus & Dixon Bren Ten aesthetic, and has a nice, stout cone-lock barrel, to boot.

Tangfolio hardens their frames.  I have read that leads to cracks in the 10mm.
