Glad to hear your RAMI is home Kevo. Hopefully things will go well at the range tomorrow. I will toss an opinion out there for you. Personally I believe all semi auto pistols require some break-in. I think about 500 rounds fair number especially for a metal framed gun. There are always spots that get smoothed over a little and generally everything softens up. On the recoil assembly the suggested change interval per CGW for a defensive carry pistol is 1000 rounds. The entire OEM assembly new is $15.00, get a few. My advise is to get your pistol broken in with the stock set up and be sure everything runs well. If there were truly a BETTER option than stock I'd expect to see it offered by CZ Custom or CGW?
There's a site called" ballistics 101.com" that I like to refer to. It gives comparisons of numerous factory ammos. For what ever reason some pistols do seem to do better with ammos that fall in a particular range?
...again I hope you'll have a great report to post up tomorrow :-)

Totally agree with you. I will run it stock for quite some time. As for the break in. I agree with you to a certain extent.
I also run a 1911 and had a hang-up here and there during the first couple range trips.  However, when I shot 100 rounds of 2 different kinds of ammo and had 15 to 20 failures. That's an issue I'm not willing to accept.  It just didn't feel like a "break in issue".  I really appreciate your tips and web reference. I will definitely be checking it out. I'll definitely keep you posted!   :D

Update.....
Went for some range time yesterday.  I put 200 rounds through the Rami.  Used 115 grain Federal FMJ.  Had about 20 failures. All failure to return to battery.  Gunsmith at the range I went to said he wanted to try it out.  Figured it would rule out if I'm having a form issue.  Gunsmith shot 50 rounds of 115 grain s&b FMJ.  He had 15 failures. All failure to return to battery.  So a total of 35 failures in 250 rounds. Needless to say, the Rami is taking another vacation to the manufacturer. At this point CZ has had the gun for longer then I have.  Hopefully this time it will be made right. I'll update upon return.
