CZ 75 Bull Shadow

Anyone have any experience with the 75 Bull Shadow? I'm thinking about picking one up just want any opinions. Either negative or positive. It is the standard 75 series not the SP-01. Thank you

That is the model I have and I love it.  Super smooth in controls and function, everything is just that glass on glass feel a custom gun should have.  I used it all of last season as a competition gun and have ran it pretty hard with zero issues of any kind.  This season I have converted it to SAO and lightened the trigger up even more as I am shooting a striker gun in the games where the CZ is not legal and wanted to have some similarity in trigger feel. 

I guess my only regret is that I wish for competition use I had gotten the SP01 framed gun.  I prefer the looks of the classic 75 (may eventually put a pre-b frame on this one for an even more retro look) but the extra weight under the barrel in the SP01 is useful for shooting fast, as long as it does not put you over the weight limit for your game/class/category.

I was considering a Bull Shadow but I’m addicted to front strap checkering. Otherwise they look fabulous.

It would have been a very nice touch at that price point, but I added a pair of rubber wrap around grips after this pic was taken (I tend to snap pics when I get new guns for insurance and to have a record) and some skate tape on the back.  Nowhere near as nice aesthetically, but functionally it works well.

Very happy with mine. I went from the Shadow2 frame platform to the CZ75 frame platform as it fits my hands better and the recoil control is more consistent. As for the checkering, a little grip tape along the front and back is just as good, if not better than the SP01 frame texturing.
