Is this Carry optic legal

Just wondering if this glock could be used for CO. The stipple on the frame in the middle of the slide is my concern

App D7  21.2a Slide & Frame – refinishing
Cosmetically enhancing the finish of a slide or frame is ALLOWED in Carry Optics Division. Stippling on the frame to provide texture or additional grip surface is specifically allowed.
