I have had 1,000's of rounds delivered from them over the last couple of years and have never had any problems at all. I'd take pictures and call
them. I have spoken to them a couple of times concerning questions about inventory and they were always very responsive.

This is my first time ordering from them so I'm sure this is just a fluke. I ordered 20 boxes of FMJ ammo and 1 box of JHP. UPS just dropped off my package and all it contained was the 1 box of JHP but only 1 box of FMJ. Where are the other 19 boxes of FMJ ammo? I took a picture of the package contents, the packing slip, and sent it along to their CS in an email.

Those who've ordered from them before, any issues like this? If so, do they typically issue refunds for the missing product or make the order whole?

what does the label say the weight of the box was?

No backorder notice on packing slip and 27 pounds listed on the UPS address sticker on the box.
Am I overlooking something on the packing slip???

Have they responded? Seems odd that it would be labeled as 27 pounds with 2 boxes of ammo.

No response from them yet. Figure I'd give them until this afternoon before calling. I'm sure they get swamped with emails over a weekend.

Posted too soon. Just received an email from them with a refund for the 19 missing boxes of ammo.
