Meprolight FT Bullseye on a P-01
« on: October 06, 2019, 08:03:59 PM »
Anyone have any experience with the FT Bullseye sights on a P-01?

I'm looking at picking up a used ft bullseye as a last attempt to find a sight picture my failing eyes can pick up before I commit to sending the slide off for milling. Problem is I am getting conflicting info. They only make a CZ 75/85 version with no mention of a compact, but they claim that they'll fit on a P-01. Most sights are compatible with any 75 model, but I had one person in a FB group tell me that he tried and they didn't fit, so I'm curious if I can find anyone else with experience.

Update: They do not fit and meprolight responded 2 weeks after my inquiry asking only for proof of purchase, without addressing any issues. After I responded, the same day, with the info requested, they ghosted me. That was 10/22/19. No response to the info, or any of the follow up emails I've sent.

Meprolight may make some decent sights; but their customer service is really, really bad. Like you, I had a problem with some Meprolights for a S&W revolver, and after a couple of emails they simply ghosted me. They never again responded to my emails or offered to make the problems right.

Too bad as there's a lot of sight makers with excellent customer service. They'll not get my business again.
