Can I use CZ75 recoil springs for P09?

I just recently got my P09 and I am preparing it for Carry Optic in USPSA. My question is whether the P09 can use regular 75 recoil springs or P09/P07 have their own?

Also, can the P09 use recoil springs for the P10F?
