CGW P07 hammer falls to half cock after a shot

I'm hoping this issue has been seen by others and
There is a solution.

I have a 2018 CZP07 with full CGW pro grade kit installed by
My Gunsmith. I have now had 3 separate instances in a couple thousand rounds where during live fire the hammer falls to half cock positon after a shot instead of cycling and going to SA mode. I got the. 220 double action roller bearing that comes standard with the CGW kit.

Will the .225 or .230 oversized roller bearing fix this issue?
I thought this issue only existed with OEM CZ P07 and P09s

I love this pistol and is my EDC. Hoping for a solution/diagnosis.
