Help! What is it called and where can I get one?

OK guys. I purchased a used p-01 steel cz (99021) a while back. I thought it was time to go through it and make some minor changes. Mostly just polish and deep cleaning before I shot it. I had a heck of a time getting the ambi safety apart. I almost had to use a poly punch to knock the left side out of the right side (D shape). Well when I got it apart, the right side safety lever would just fall out of the frame. The turning it up and rotating it out like all the videos show was nonexistent. Then I realized that the little tiny flat piece was missing and the reason the safety was so hard to separate was because the previous owner had staked it to the shaft of the left side in order to keep from falling out during use. SOOOO, The safety detent and spring is tucked in the frame on the left side, what is this little flat sucker called that tucks in to the frame on the right side and catches the groove in the right side safety lever? Where can I get one?

I call it a Safety Insert.

Here is a listing for one. This is listed as a Tac Sport part, i assume that it is the same part for an SP-01 Compact/Steel frame P-01 with safety.

This part is sued on all of the CZ pistols that require D style safety levers. CZs that use Spindle style safety levers (85B) have spring loaded plungers on both sides of the frame.

Sounds like it's the Safety Detent Plunger you need
Try calling CZ-USA and tell them that it was messed-up when you bought the Pistol and they MAY just send you what you need
If not, it's the same price as the one TOK posted
