Dovetail RDS mount

I’m reading conflicting information on what Dovetail Mounting plate fits a Kadet I slide. I know CZC use to have one but don’t see that anymore. So what style do I need: SP01, SP01 Shadow???

The CZC P/N for the "CZ Shadow Picatinny Rear Sight" is 10279.  I hope that helps
