I have one, got my stamp back in October.
Let me give you my 2 cents.
Pros:- Very light
- Very cool looking
- Very quiet
- Get subsonic quiet out of supersonic ammo (save money)
Cons:- It kills the MLOK slots halfway up the handguard
- The handguard gets hot, and I mean after 75-100 rounds
- You get one suppressor for one gun. You might be able to get a gunsmith to make you an adaptor to 1/2x28 and use it on other PCCs, but you'll never use it on a handgun
- It's FILTHY. The unspent powder and debris creates a ton of crud in the receiver, action, and suppressor.
Innovative Arms has developed an
external handguard that acts as a heat shield and provides more MLOK slots closer to the muzzle. It's not cheap, though.
While its a great suppressor, if I had to do it all over again, I would have gotten something like the Dead Air Wolfman or SilencerCo 36M and the new Stribog A3. I shoot steel challenge and suppressors are not allowed, so I had a gunsmith create a tube to block the porting and fitted a Kaw Valley Precision Comp to the barrel end so I can shoot it un-suppressed.
If you:
- Plan to shoot competitively
- Plan to own more than one PCC or hand gun and want it suppressed
- Don't like constantly cleaning your guns
this is not the suppressor for you.
