HBI handguard rubbing interference

I have a Bren 2ms that i put an HBI handguard on and noticed the gas block is interfering with the inside of the rail. It looks like the top of the gas block has rubbed through the anodizing and is now chewing into the inside of the rail. Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you have any pics?

Did you scrape the rail against the gas block upon install?

On my rail there is quite a bit of clearance so nothing can really rub.
