I'm sure you could if the blanks are not pre-drilled but, if you have the skill there are many options with universal blank material on the web that I would consider first.
Try ETSY, Amazon or Ebay. Just do a search for "pistol grip blanks". You will be surprised at how many material options there are.
Be prepared to precision cut the grip screw holes as they have flats on the backside to match the screw inserts on the Rami frame.
