The TSO have both over and pretravel screws. The 2019 TSOs also come with an aluminum trigger compared to the polymer ones on the 2018 and older TSOs.

I don’t recommend installing reduced trigger springs due to the fact that the trigger pull is already light and it’ll also make the trigger “mushy”.

BarbourQ, congrats on your new purchase. You got a nice one with the CZ Custom multioptic mount already installed. That alone cost $94 new from CZC. Nice custom cerakoted grips, base pads and racker. The racker is an addition too.
A couple of the additional 20 round mags looks like they had been used.

Good that the pretravel is part of the TSO.

I actually disagree on the trigger return spring.
I find that the heavier pretravel created by the heavier factory spring makes the break that much less distinct.
But that is my opinion.
I just added the one to my shadow after I really felt it was mushy and felt is was much better afterwards.

but different people have different opinions.

I'll have to look for the pre-travel adjustment, it could stand to have some removed.  Here's the face of the trigger, it looks like its aluminum and not plastic.  The trigger is smoothing a little after the first 100 rounds, but it sure is light...  I'm used to 3.5-4 lbs triggers on my match and carry guns.

The lighting in my photo made the mags look like they were worn, the follower and bodies show no indication of prior use.

The package also came with the Vortex Venom 3moa RDS.  The window is a little small for my liking, I can see it getting changed in the future as well

The test target that came with the gun shows 3 shots 28mm apart, I'm curious why CZ doesn't include the actual target?  The gun seemed to shoot on call at my 50' indoor range, I'll take it outside sometime this week and shoot it at 25 yards.

I found and adjusted the pre-travel screw.  I left a small amount of movement but follow up shots will be much faster now.

When they function test, I don't think they are shooting a paper target, just an electronic system that records where the impacts were.

So I am going to add some clarification.
The trigger spring I was referring to is the trigger return spring and not the hammer spring which is the main impact on the weight of the trigger pull.

Yes the return spring will lighten the pull as much as a half pound however it lightens the pretravel a lot so it gives it more of a 2 stage if the pretravel was long with your pretravel shortened it just feels like you are stacking against the break.

I like the feel others may not.

I'm not aware if any trigger return spring options for the ts lineup of cz's?  They aren't the same as the da/sa cz's.

The only thing I've done is try to increase trigger pull weights.

Cheers,
Toby

Interesting I was not aware so I will refrain from further comments on the TSO since there seams to be changes
in the overall design.

Were you successful in increasing the pull weight?

I was but there is a better solution that requires machining the sear to add two sear springs.  More recently I've seen where someone added a DA/SA trigger return spring in addition to the TS trigger return spring but I haven't tried it.

I was able to increase the trigger pull by about 0.45lb (from 2.25 to 2.7) using a Tangfolio sear spring and a heavier main spring.  I think subsequently after >5k rounds I'm back in the 2.5lb range.

I'll look into that tdogg, I like a little more weight... makes it easier to be aggressive without the gun firing too soon.  Thanks for sharing.
