Thanks Cajun and yes I have a P10C problem
« on: May 16, 2020, 02:55:39 PM »
So this will be a random bunch of me typing since I have been out of state for work and then since April have been Mission Essential on an Air Force base and haven't had much time for anything.  So you might just want to scroll - look at pics and then move on :P  ..just know I warned ya.  8)

I love the P-10C - I have a ton of guns and still I shoot it better than anything else.  The P-10C with the TiN Primary Machine barrel (Gold) - before barrel swapped out I had close to 5k rounds on it and it has been with me at every class I've taken (Massad Ayoob was the big one) - no need for new barrel but I do have a suppressor and this was a non-threaded gun.  I've also tried almost every aftermarket part available on that gun - never 'needed' any of them - but I like to waste money and have fun.  It currently has HBI trigger, multi CGW parts, Primary Machine barrel, Night Fision sights  - that 3rd P-10C is stock except for sights I got off of CZ Custom. - I have HBI, CGW triggers for it, and all CGW guts for it but it is usually in my bag at matches, classes as my back up so I haven't messed with it yet.

So I have had the Hard Chrome/Snow Camo P-10C for quite some time now and it will be shot for the first time tomorrow after finally tossing it back together - since I was able to take 2 days off.  I actually got that P-10C as a warranty trade with CZ...I had issues with an older version P-10C - they couldn't fix them and sent me the newer version (at the time) with the swappable single sided mag release.  I shot maybe 100 rds through it and decided to waste a little money on it.

I sent off the frame and 2 magazine extensions to Primary Machine and got the Snow Camo Cerakote - they did an amazing job!!!

I then sent off the slide and all its components (along with Venom red dot) to Cajun Gun Works...I'm sorry it has been so long since I had this done that I don't remember the gentleman I spoke with multiple times.  But man the customer service, patience and just plain being a great guy of whoever I was talking to was great.  I had read, heard and bought TONS of parts from CGW - but this was first time I was having a firearm worked on (well top half :P) - these guys are great, their products and service are top notch.

CGW - Hard Chrome - slide, barrel, thread protector, extractor - cut slide for Venom red dot - installed new sights and put a sweet Laser engraving of the CGW logo.  If there is a CGW part - this gun has it inside...

It LOOKS amazing - they did such a great job...I will be able to go to my gun range tomorrow and shoot it after having it for so long.

Thanks Cajun Gun Works - I love your products, your service and how awesome you guys were to me.  I was told after this weekend my next time off is sometime in June - so I will tackle installing parts in my CZ75s, CZ85, CZ97B and my CZ40B next from parts I picked up from you guys.

Stay safe and have a great one.

Personally I don’t like the P-10 line but that hard chrome one looks sweet.

I am a fan of the P10c, and am impressed by your customizations.

That said, I’m somewhat conservative, especially about coloring on my pistols- I've only refinished my PCR To satin chrome.
