2019 marked Shadow 2 kit today questions

I just received a 2019 marked Shadow 2 kit today direct from CZ-USA.  When it got here the box seal was already razor cut along seam.  It DID NOT contain a test target.  Has anybody else received a recent Shadow 2 kit and did it have a test target?

The silver spring installed is for what loads?

Neither my Kadet kit or several of the last new CZs I have purchased (P01 and P07) have included test targets. 

Re: ammo, I have yet to find anything from cheap HP Winchester to CCI mini-mags that mine won't fire with he stock spring.  Reliable loading, on the other hand is not 100% reliable withthe Winchester stuff.
