Strike Industries stock adapter, play.
« on: June 15, 2020, 04:02:25 PM »
I have a Strike Industries stock adapter on my Scorpion, and there is a slight amount of play between it and where it slides on to the Scorpion frame when seated. Not a lot, but it slides the least little bit. Any ideas how I can tighten it up a little?

Perhaps drill, tap and add a set screw to the adapter plate to fix in place.

Fit electrical tap under the areas that have play and slowly build up the low spot, until tight.

I think I will try the reversible method mentioned below, first.
Besides it does not require the tools or skill set I don't have.

Thanks, I will try that later tonight.
