ATF Tax Stamp needed for CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S2 Micro Pistol?

I’m interested in the CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S2 Micro pistol.  Stupid question: Do I need an ATF Tax Stamp for this gun, along with the waiting period and $200?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much for the quick reply.  I tried reading the ATF information and sorta came to that conclusion, but I wanted to ask someone who is more knowledgeable than me.  Thanks again.

Just be sure you dont put a stock on it that causes it to become an SBR and you should be good. From what I am aware of that would be the factory stock from CZ as well as the Maqpul Z*** stock. Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong or missed any.

the other options like the GHW (mine) or any of the SB braces are GTG.

The one I’m looking at has the SB Brace, which I assume is OK and not requiring the ATF Tax Stamp.

The key word is Brace instead of stock.

So long as remains a pistol (as in designed for one handed use), you will be fine.

Wow, how things turn on a single key word.  Thanks.

Sort of like the 2A, where it says the right of the “people” to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, not the right of the “militia”.
