Apex low profile Safety issue

Got a unfired scorpion with a installed Apex safety. Switch will travel past the fire mark most times. Screws are tight. Anybody has experience with this issue?

No I can't. I'm not used to having to link a pic. Basically the safety switch moves past the red fire mark when I switch from safe to fire. Notch on safety bar in trigger group does not have a enough pressure to stop switch  and continues to spin until safety switch moves all the forward. The new safety is pretty stiff so I have to apply some force to switch from safe to fire. It happens most times unless I really think about how much force I apply.

 I will put factory switch back on and see if it does the same thing. Carbine is unfired, always goes click with snap caps when switch is past fire position. Maybe I have very strong thumbs?

Apex customer service is a joke. Spoke to Cory there over a week ago. Sent pics and video about safety issue. Sent a another email yesterday asking if they had a chance to resolve issue, no reply.... Crappy customer service 😒
