Custom 75 Bullseye IDPA USPSA legal?

Hi guys! I am looking to treat myself to a new toy. I have been drooling over the CZC Custom 75 Bullseye, but I need to know if
it is IDPA and USPSA legal. I have researched both sites, however I have no conclusive answer. I think it is, but it's a $$$ toy,
and I prefer to be sure.
What does Angus, Stuart  and the fine people at the forum say?

the pistol would be legal for IDPA ESP division.
because SA only, would not be USPSA production division legal.
