How are you testing - ransom rest, free hand, pistol rest, etc?
How do other bullets compare - JHP, RN, plated, etc - asking because is it the bullet, load, gun, technique, etc.
I've had GREAT success with ACME, Gallant, Blue Bullets, BBI, etc.
Are you using the same brass? I know, for me, different brass when I'm trying to see how consistent a load is, makes a BIG difference. So EVERYTHING should be the same - brass, bullets, loading technique, etc.
Here are some results from MY gun - Shadow Target 2 - using ACME 124 RN (new profile) .357 diameter. Notice how different powders affect the results?
All are 10 shots and are right at 130PF.
I ended up not using these (or any coated) bullets in this gun - because of leading issues. I needed to go to .358, but had other issues due to the ogive.
I have been using these bullets in other guns with great success and no leading.
