I have the P365 w/thumb safety also. I installed the Sig flat trigger on mine too and didn’t care for it. It functioned properly but it lengthens the reach leaving less room for my finger and was just uncomfortable for me. I kinda have sausage fingers too though.
However, a friend of mine has the Sig flat trigger on his P320 and I liked it a lot.
